Had a blood test done at Thornhill Clinic and the whole experience was excellent. The reception team were very helpful and managed to get me booked in as soon as they could, which I really appreciated. The appointment itself was quick and efficient, and I received my results very fast. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at Thornhill Clinic, Luton. I arranged a blood test and explicitly stressed to the receptionist that I required the results the following day. I was assured that the courier collects bloods at  15:00 and that my appointment on 22/10 at 14:00 was confirmed. I paid £50 upfront, with the remainder due on the day of the appointment.

Despite arriving 5 minutes early, I was informed—rudely—that the courier had already collected the bloods at 1:00 pm. No one had the courtesy, professionalism, or basic competence to call me and inform me of this change, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress.

This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of organisation and respect for patients. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to avoid it entirely.

I’m usually quite nervous about procedures, but I didn’t feel a thing. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease.
