Booked in for an extensive blood test and I was offered a same day appointment! Darrell who took my blood was brilliant and was so patient and careful with me, as I have had bad experiences before from blood withdrawal. Made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. The clinic then emailed me my results the next day, and Darrell offered me to see the doctor for a consultation to discuss my results if there was anything I did not understand! Clinic was extremely clean, hygienic and gave a vibe of professionalism throughout my whole appointment and time at the clinic. As well as the doctor, the receptionist staff were a great and made me feel at ease before the appointment went ahead!
