I arranged a blood test and explicitly stressed to the receptionist that I required the results the following day. I was assured that the courier collects bloods at 15:00 and that my appointment on 22/10 at 14:00 was confirmed. I paid £50 upfront, with the remainder due on the day of the appointment. Despite arriving 5 minutes early, I was informed—rudely—that the courier had already collected the bloods at 1:00 pm. No one had the courtesy, professionalism, or basic competence to call me and inform me of this change, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. This level of service is completely unacceptable and reflects a shocking lack of organisation and respect for patients. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, reassuring and professional throughout. I’m usually quite nervous about procedures, but I didn’t feel a thing. The doctor explained everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease. Thank you for resolving an issue that had been bothering me for over a year and helping me regain my confidence.
