The Thornhill Clinic provides a comprehensive range of drug tests and alcohol tests for individuals and organisations in the Luton and the surrounding areas.
Hair drug testing is the preferred drug test in UK courts for individuals to prove abstinence. The reason for this is the historical timeline it can provide to show drug use over many months. This is also the case for hair alcohol testing. All hair drug and alcohol tests are performed in a UKAS 17025 accredited laboratory facility. As a result, laboratory reports are accepted as evidence in court when called upon.
Urinalysis is the most popular drug test we provide. The test is provided as two options. First, as a rapid urine drug screen. This provides instant on-site screen results within minutes of the sample being collected. Second, is the legally defensible urine laboratory drug test. This test is performed in a UKAS 17025 accredited laboratory.

Verricae and hand warts can be treated very easily with cryotherapy. These are small lesions found on the hands or feet which can be treated with various over-the-counter medicines or cryotherapy. If you have tried over-the-counter medicines, such as salicylic acid, and these has not worked then we can offer you treatment with cryotherapy. Cryotherapy is a liquid nitrogen treatment which is quick and effective. It is very well tolerated and does not leave any scarring.
This is a very common procedure and is one of the most common procedures carried out in the UK every year. The procedure is performed under a local anaesthetic and takes around about an hour to do. This can be combined with a clitoral hood reduction and labia majora if so desired. Patients are able to go home the same day. Results take six – nine months to finalise but you will notice differences straight away.
Gynecomastia (male glandular breast tissue) is the most common breast problem in men. Pseudogunecomastia (lipomastia) is the development of male breast tissue from the subareolar fat, without glandular tissue forming. This can affect up to 65 % males in their adolescence and up to 75 % affect both sides. The treatment carried out will depend on the extent (grade) of your condition. Currently, male breast reduction surgery is the most effective way to reduce male breasts and achieve a firmer and flatter chest.
In the UK there are 1000 new cases of cancer diagnosed per day, with 48% of those cases being caught in the later stages (3&4), where interventions are more aggressive and patient outcomes are worse. TruCheck™ has been developed to detect cancer early when management of the disease is more effective and in many cases curative.
We can provide you with a doctor’s consultation (£50) for this. Blood cancer screening is not covered by the NHS or UK healthcare insurance at this time, so will have to be fully funded by the patient. Please contact us for further information and pricing.
